There are various methods of doing gym for each and every part of the body, on that here i am explaining the arm exercise, for doing that exercise sit on a bench and slightly leaning forward, Your abdominal a muscles haul be tight, Tighten your elbow and chest also. Your elbow must be remaining stable; it must be in a fixed position. Keep it inside of your knees.
Lift and weight directly up keep it in under control. Focus over your muscle. When the weight is over 90 degree that mean remaining straight than from your joint of your elbow and again reverse the emotion to back .Lower to weight down under a control stop before your elbow became straight and reverse that motion again. Its benefit is biceps. Don’t do heavy exercise at gym if you are new, you have to get few practice before starting that work otherwise you will harm internally and externally.
