After taking a few days off, I’m starting to venture back into madness. Yesterday I made a pure cardio to see how I felt, and instead of making a career (it was kind of shit out at the time). In addition to insane Abs on Thursday, this was the first training of insanity since the show ended. In general, it was pretty hard. I do not think I lost too much in my week off, but this is proof positive that these exercises more or less can kick your ass no matter how great the way you are in. the warm-up seemed harder than I remember and my heart rate was very high for me. I think part of the reason this was difficult is that my eating habits have been falling a bit. They are not bad, but not so regular and disciplined as before. It was good to do some cardio as I really miss these workouts! I burned 438 calories, so now I can polish off the cheesecake in the refrigerator.
