I have personal experiance of doing workouts i am been doing workouts from past 2 years still i go for my exercises.As some like to
have bulky body and some like to have the the attractive body that’s slim and perfect body.In my gym there are many members doing
workouts some do heavy for getting more muscles for heavy built body where as i do light exercise for slim shape,sometimes i do heavy
for shoulders,biceps and tricebs because it looks good when they are heavy.Now a days girls,women don’t like heavy chest and back
these must be slim and good in shape to look.That’s why the proper workout & exercise equipment is so important.
When i go to gym then firstly we need to do is the warmups its very important because when we do workouts then our body tends to pain next
day so when we do warmups then this all goes off because doing warmups means making muscles warm to do other workouts.Warmup start
with running for atleast 15 to 20 min then push ups an pullups 3 sets,abs can be done after warmups or after workouts and even on one day
