1.Many people go to gym to reduce. But sometime it is seen that they could hardly reduce fat. There are many gym equipments. But all the instruments are not necessary for everybody. I went to many gym to reduce. But always landed up with some worse results, which I found out by the 6 day supermodel slimdown plan.
2.Twister ,vibrator ,stepper could be very useful to reduce fat from butt. Keep always gradual counting mode. First start with 15-20 counts. Gradually you can pick up the speed and increase. If you want to reduce only butt portion highlight more exercises on your butt. Do some Aerobics, related only to butt.
