My sister is not a fan of bugs. Whether it’s spiders, crickets, moths, bees or mosquitoes she hates anything that flies or crawls around outside. So, when she agreed to go camping with me, I knew we would have to bring along special protection to avoid any freak outs. She can handle bugs when they’re outside but can’t stand them near her bed or food, so I knew she would be ok while hiking but that we would need something more for the tents. I researched and found several products that would help to ease her transition into the “great wilderness.”

We purchased a heavy duty zippered tent with aluminum poles and added extra mosquito netting to the inside. In addition to looking like something from Arabian Nights, it provided extra protest against those sneaky little buggers. We also used a mesh screen protector over the roof vent; it still allowed plenty of air flow into the tent but prevents the smallest gnats from getting through. Lastly, we added extra protection in the form of bug repellant and placed sonic bug zappers at the entrance to the tent. All in all we were well protected and bug free inside the tent.

There is no need to mention the importance of outdoor water filters. They are really important if you want to enjoy your camp well. Outdoor water filters are of different types and are meant for different purposes. Mostly outdoor water filters are heavy to carry and are not convenient to use. It becomes difficult to even move from one place to another. In this context the team members will not like it as they have to carry other belongings as well.

But now everything is possible. You get portable water filters which are easy to carry and easy to use as well. There are some portable water filters which are of different designs which look good. The portable outdoor water filter gives you healthy drinking water. In this way wherever you may go, it will always follow you and you can get pure water from anywhere.
