Having a personal kayak would mean taking up a lot of space in your home or storage. However, if you are someone who has a very deep interest in kayaking but finds that you have limited storage space in your home, you may want to consider inflatable or folding kayaks. Both types of kayaks are an excellent choice for anyone, as they are not only easy on storage but transport as well.

The differences between the two kayaks are that inflatable kayaks can be affected more by the wind and waves. They are very cheap for anyone to buy as they are often made from PVC. The inflatable kayak is more suitable for shallow rivers and calm water. Whereas, the folding kayaks are generally made from wood or aluminum which are collapsible which often times makes the kayak feel a lot steadier in water. They can be easily folded and quickly assembled which takes roughly about twenty minutes to do.
