Around The Camp Fire

It was one of those hot summers again.  I, along with many of my friends had decided to visit a hill station to some moments of reprieve.  We had decided to stay in a comfortable lodge this time and not fall prey to any adventurous stints which we were used to doing.

We undertook the journey in a bus which was specially meant to be driven on hill track.  The journey by this small bus was quite arduous and we were somewhat tired by the time we reached our destination.  We had to walk some distance to reach the hotels which were concentrated in one particular spot in the hill station.  On reaching a hotel, we tried to check in a hotel, but there were no rooms.  To our utter dismay, we received the same kind of response in every other hotel.  Fortunately, one of our friends had decided to pack in the Camping Gear, to be on the safer side, which came to our aid in the circumstances, and tuned out to be true blessing in disguise.
