You Don’t Need A Gym

Maybe you’re a little crunched on time. You might work part-time jobs and lose a lot of time in your week commuting. You hate to put miles on your car to drive to a possibly over-priced gym. Maybe you live in an area that doesn’t have many great gyms around. You might not have much money floating around to buy new dumbbells or other equipment. You don’t need a gym or even any equipment to boost muscle mass and get a fantastic burn.

Body weight exercises are a great way to get or stay in shape. Without any complicated weight machines, or even any weights, your stabilizer muscles all over your body are in use and will strengthen over time. They require no equipment if you get creative, and can easily be done in a quick break from work or during the commercials of your favorite television program.
You probably already know some of the most common body weight exercises. Push-ups and sit-ups are physical education staples for a reason, that being that they give fantastic results! Other body weight exercises are lunges and squats. You can fit pull-ups into a running routine by blasting out a few on the jungle gym in a nearby park.
